We will NOT sell your information. I do not appreciate when it happens to me, so I will NOT do that to you. You will get periodic emails from V-PICKS like monthly newsletters and mailers on special deals on V-PICKS. You can easily unsubscribe to these at any time.
Note: We do NOT give refunds.
No returns or exchanges unless the picks are brand new and not been played.
Exchanges or returns must be done within 1 month of purchase and cleared by phone at 615-927-5989.
Attention International Customers:
We are living in a world that is so fearful of getting the covid virus, shipping companies are being rendered immobile and unable to do their jobs correctly. Orders that normally take 2 weeks as they should are taking up to 4 months to arrive to their destination. This is UNACCEPTABLE in my opinion but there is nothing we can do about it. We can only promise that we shipped your picks in a timely manner. Therefore, we will not refund or resend any international orders that do not reach their destination. If you don't get your package in the time you think you should, may I suggest you call your local post master with your international USPS tracking #. This would be the first logical step to take. USPS is not taking our calls and we cannot check your packages for you. Only your local post master can help with this matter. Sorry to be so abrupt and cold about this, but with the times we are in, we have no other option.
Terms of Service for Central and South America
If you live in Central or South America please read this. We do not guarantee delivery of your pick order unless you pay extra for International Express USPS. This will normally cost $40.00 USD extra. If you choose for us to send your order regular USPS First Class, we will NOT resend it or refund it if your order gets lost or stolen. Additionally, we have had a lot of trouble getting orders to our customers in these countries unless International Express is the shipping method. Again, we will not resend or refund any order to Central and South America that was shipped USPS First Class.
We DO NOT ship to Mexico. We have tried many times but for some reason the packages just do not get to their proper destination. Therefore, our decision.
