Processing of orders is 3-4 days plus delivery time.
We ship both domestically and internationally.
Shipping Disclaimer: V-PICKS is not responsible for lost, misdelivered or held packages that state it has been delivered by the carrier via tracking. If you are unable to find your package, please check all possible delivery locations such as porch, mail box, vehicle, outbuildings (barns), neighbor, etc. Tracking is generally sent via email once the order ships. Please use this tracking to attempt to contact the carrier otherwise, if you still cannot locate your package please contact us at nancy@v-picks.com and we will provide you with the tracking number.
If we receive your package back as undeliverable and your address is incorrect, there will be an applicable charge to resend your order. If it is our mistake, there will be no resend charge.
Attention UK customers. You are responsible for any VAT tax added to your order.

DELIVERY -- The time that it takes for your order to get to you depends on where you live. Furthermore, if you live in or close to Tennessee USA, your order could arrive as soon as in a few days but can range up to 2 weeks....It completely depends on the Postal System. Shipping to the West Coast can take 7 days to even 2 weeks …depending on the weather and USPS. Orders to Canada seem to take the longest because of their Customs Department…sometimes 4 full weeks. Other International deliveries depend on your country’s Customs Dept. and weather. Some countries can take months for the package to arrive at it’s destination. We are not happy about these times. We try our best to process the orders either the same day or the next. We all are at the mercy of the delivery system.
Terms of Service for Central or South America
If you live in Central or South America please read this. We do not guarantee delivery of your pick order unless you pay extra for International Express USPS. This will normally cost $40.00 USD extra. If you choose for us to send your order regular USPS First Class, we will NOT resend it or refund it if your order gets lost or stolen. Additionally, we have had a lot of trouble getting orders to our customers in these countries unless International Express is the shipping method. Again, we will not resend or refund any order to Central and South America that was shipped USPS First Class.
We DO NOT ship to Mexico. We have tried many times but for some reason the packages just do not get to their proper destination. Therefore, our decision.
