PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS to make sure it is correct! We are not responsible for an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. There will be a $25 fee to correct this. So, please re-check your information.
We do everything within our power to get your order out to you the very same day you order. If you order later in the day, after we have already shipped the orders for the day, we will send it out the next morning. Weekends and holidays will delay shipment for a day or so.
The time that it takes for your order to get to you depends on where you live. If you live in or close to California, U.S.A, your order could arrive as soon as in two days. The farther you live from us, the longer it takes. Shipping to the East Coast can take 3 to 5 days, and sometimes 7 ...depending on weather. Orders to Canada seem to take the longest because of their Customs Dept...sometimes 2 full weeks. Other International deliveries depend on your country's Customs Dept. and weather, also.
We usually ship using the U.S. Postal Service. It is the least expensive for our customers, at only $3 for the typical order. Unfortunately, they do not provide a tracking number at this rate. If you want a tracking number, we can ship using FedEx, but the shipping charges will run $10. This is what FedEx charges us for their smallest package.
